Sync all your data across your devices
You can seamless sync your portfolio, alerts, API Keys and General Settings on up to 5 devices through iCloud.
Firstly, make sure that
- You are logged in with the same Apple ID on all your devices.
- All your devices are updated to iOS/iPadOS 13 or later and macOS 10.15 (Catalina) or later.
- All your devices are on Crypto Pro 6.5.0 or later (check the version string in the bottom of the Settings tab). If you don’t see the update, go directly to the app’s App Store page and update it from there.
- The macOS app was downloaded from macOS App Store and kept in /Applications folder.
Sync Your Data
- Open Crypto Pro and head to the ‘Settings’ tab
- Toggle on Alerts, API Keys, General Settings, and Portfolio
If your data is still not syncing, try:
- Force closing and reopening Crypto Pro
- Creating a new empty portfolio and see if it syncs
