How to Restore a Backup

Restore your data to new devices or fresh a install

You can restore a backup through iCloud or through importing a CSV if you’ve created a backup.

Note: Backups on iCloud are turned on by default if you’re singed into an Apple ID.

iCloud

If your data was backed up to iCloud, your device should restore it automatically. Simply make sure that:

1. You are signed into your Apple ID on your device
2. Go to Crypto Pro > Settings > Sync and Backup > and ‘Sync Portfolio’ is toggled on

CSV Import

1. Go to any portfolio you’d like to import your trades to
2. Tap on the ‘+’ > ‘CSV Import’
3. Locate the backup file and tap on it
