How to Restore a Subscription on Another Device

You can restore your Premium subscription to multiple devices

You can use your Crypto Pro Premium subscription on up to 5 devices (iPhone, iPad, and Mac) as long as you are signed in to the same Apple account.

Restore Subscription

  1. Open Crypto Pro app on the new device
  2. Tap on the ‘Settings’ tab
  3. Hit ‘Get Premium’
  4. Tap on ‘Restore’

macOS Troubleshooting

If you are having any issues restoring your Crypto Pro subscription to the macOS app, make sure that:

  • You are logged in to the same Apple account as the one used to purchase the subscription.
  • The Crypto Pro app is located in the /Applications folder.

Then try:

  1. Force closing the Crypto Pro app then attempt to restore again.
  2. Click on ‘Purchase Subscription’ that you already have. It should restore it without a buy prompt. If it does prompt a purchase, just hit ‘Cancel’.
  3. If it still won’t restore, try deleting then reinstalling the app.
