You can restore your Premium subscription to multiple devices
You can use your Crypto Pro Premium subscription on up to 5 devices (iPhone, iPad, and Mac) as long as you are signed in to the same Apple account.
Restore Subscription
- Open Crypto Pro app on the new device
- Tap on the ‘Settings’ tab
- Hit ‘Get Premium’
- Tap on ‘Restore’
macOS Troubleshooting
If you are having any issues restoring your Crypto Pro subscription to the macOS app, make sure that:
- You are logged in to the same Apple account as the one used to purchase the subscription.
- The Crypto Pro app is located in the /Applications folder.
Then try:
- Force closing the Crypto Pro app then attempt to restore again.
- Click on ‘Purchase Subscription’ that you already have. It should restore it without a buy prompt. If it does prompt a purchase, just hit ‘Cancel’.
- If it still won’t restore, try deleting then reinstalling the app.
